6:00am Alarm goes off. I bounce out of bed. Not figuratively, but literally. I’m a total morning person, which I’m very grateful for.

6:40am En route to the office on my “new” vintage Schwinn beach cruiser. I only hit one red light (yes!) on my seven minute bike-ride along the Vancouver waterfront passing beaches, the water, snow-capped mountains – it’s a lovely commute.

6:52am I walk into our new office space. Brick, beam, wood floors, glass-walled boardrooms… this is the type of office I fantasized about working in when I cracked open my first textbook in business school in Boston.
