Before Meltwater, I was self-employed running my own business. As a lifelong entrepreneur, I grew up running a lemonade stand with my friends and later, while playing professional golf out of high school, negotiated my own endorsement contracts. In college I created an entertainment magazine, which had distribution throughout the University of Florida and is still in existence today.
