I recently read a blog post titled “College Grads: 10 Reasons Why Your First Job Should be with a Startup”, which convincingly argued why new college graduates should look for a job with a startup rather than with a more established company.  The post focused on the important lessons of flexibility, positively coping with failure, teamwork and culture – all things that Meltwater teaches in earnest.

Having been involved in many recruitment sessions over the past three and a half years, I have seen some pretty colorful backgrounds from prospective applicants into the International Management Trainee program. The more I see, the more I reflect on my own background “Pre-Meltwater”.
