Australia: definitely more famous for Steve Irwin, gorgeous beaches and an insanely large selection of deadly spiders than for its graduate market. However, Australia actually has a healthy graduate market that is set to grow by 40% in the next 12 months. Earlier this month I joined some 300 other graduate employers at the Australian Association of Graduate Employers 2010 Graduate Recruitment & Development Conference in Melbourne where I got an in-depth look into the wonderful world of graduate recruitment.
