Why? Establishing a social identity will provide tremendous value in the short and long term. I encourage everyone I know to start a blog (you can get started in less than five minutes with Tumblr or Posterous) as a form of personal expression. For the past week, the story of little Falcon Heene floating through the Colorado skies in a homemade balloon and the subsequent fallout from this alleged ‘hoax’ has been at the top of the headlines and Google searches.
